JSDC Wheels ("we", "us", "our") is a tire and wheel distributor serving both retail customers and wholesale accounts in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada.

Retail customers can browse and purchase tires and wheels at our listed prices (supplier MSRP less 10%). Wholesale accounts (registered tire shops, automotive retailers, and sub-distributors) receive additional discounted pricing after signing in.

2. Pricing and Taxes

Prices Exclude HST

All prices displayed on this website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). HST at the applicable rate (currently 13%) will be applied to all purchases at time of invoicing.

Prices Subject to Change

Displayed prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown on this website are for reference only. The price confirmed at time of order placement governs the transaction. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Compare-At (Strikethrough) Prices

Where a strikethrough "compare-at" price is displayed alongside a product price, that figure represents the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) as provided by the manufacturer or supplier at the time of data collection. Compare-at prices are for reference only and do not represent our regular or previous selling price.

Distributor Pricing

Registered distributors with an active account may be shown wholesale pricing tiers after logging in. Wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be shared publicly or with non-authorized parties.

3. Product Availability and Stock

Stock levels displayed on this website are approximate and updated periodically. They do not constitute a guarantee of availability at time of order. Actual inventory is confirmed at time of order placement. We are not liable for losses arising from displayed stock levels that differ from actual availability.

Product listings, specifications, images, and descriptions are provided for reference. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product information is current, complete, or error-free.

4. No Online Ordering

This website does not currently support online ordering or payment processing. All orders must be placed by contacting us directly:

5. Warranty

All products are sold subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. JSDC Wheels Distributor does not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer per their published warranty policy.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or the accuracy of manufacturer specifications.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only with prior written authorization from GTA Tire Distributor. To request a return authorization, contact us at [email protected] before returning any product.

Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Eligible returns must be in original, unused, resalable condition with original packaging. Products that have been mounted, used, or damaged are not eligible for return. Restocking fees may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JSDC Wheels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of products, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damage arising from product fitment decisions made based on information displayed on this website.

Vehicle fitment data, tire size recommendations, and wheel specifications displayed on this website are provided for reference only. You are responsible for verifying that products are appropriate for your customer's specific vehicle before installation. Always consult the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

Product images, brand logos, and trademarks displayed on this website are the property of their respective manufacturers and suppliers. JSDC Wheels does not claim ownership of third-party brand assets. Vehicle imagery is provided by IMAGIN.studio under license.

The website design, layout, and original content are owned by JSDC Wheels. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
